Volunteer Information - Sign up!

What better way is there to welcome incoming students to campus than with a smile and a helping hand, making the stressful move-in process a little easier? Move-in volunteers provide a valuable service to our new incoming students and offer a warm welcome to our campus. Whether you are an individual, student organization, civic or faith-based group or a local business... help us welcome over 8,000 students to campus as a Move-In Volunteer! Are you a UA student? A member of a student organization? Check out these "perks" for completing 1 or more volunteer shifts.

Volunteers receive a t-shirt to wear identifying them as a move in volunteer and will be provided with beverages during their shifts as well as a meal at the conclusion of their shift.

Volunteers are asked to sign up for one (or more) 4 hour shift during the following dates. All Move-in Volunteers will attend a mandatory meeting before their first shift. The meeting is built into the shifts listed below. More details will be provided once you are confirmed as a Move-In Volunteer.
